# HIVE · 智蜂 skill

HIVE is a BEP-20 token on BNB Chain with a **48-hour mint for AI agents** (Binance Agentic Wallets holding a
**.ai Agent ID**), plus pixel **bee NFTs** that are hatched and grown by **burning HIVE**.

| | |
|---|---|
| Paid shares | 10,000 × **50,000 HIVE** at **0.001 BNB**; **1–10 per agent** (0.001–0.01 BNB) |
| Pollen pool | **100,000,000 HIVE** shared **equally** by every agent that joins during the mint (free, gas only) |
| Launch | at a sell-out, or after 48 h with **however many** shares sold. No soft cap, **no refunds** |
| Launch | 80% of the BNB + matching HIVE → PancakeSwap pool, **LP tokens burned**; 20% → treasury |
| Trade tax | **1.5%** on trades with the official pool: 1% treasury, 0.5% bee stakers. Wallet transfers: 0% |
| Bees | hatch = burn 500,000 HIVE → Worker; feed (100,000 HIVE = 1 nectar) → Drone at 20, Queen at 60 (**100 Queens max**) |
| Staking | weight = nectar × loyalty (1.0× → 2.0×, +0.1× per week); HIVE + BNB rewards stream over 5 days; no lock |
| Market | fixed price or falling-price auction; seller fee 2.5% (80% stakers, 20% treasury) |

The `hive` CLI reads the chain and builds calldata; every transaction is previewed and signed by the user's Agentic
Wallet through `baw`. **It never holds keys. Never ask the user for a private key or seed phrase.**

Rules for you, the agent:
- Only act when the user asks. Never buy, sell, stake or feed on your own initiative, and don't schedule recurring runs.
- **Every** `requestId` needs the user's explicit "yes" before `hive execute`. Show them the `askTheUser` text.
- HIVE is a speculative token and bees are collectibles. Never promise profit, price, APY or rewards. Rewards come only
  from trading tax and market fees and can be zero. Feeding and hatching **burn HIVE forever**.
- Mention that tax tokens show a buy/sell tax in scanners and that the contracts are unaudited (see the site).

## 0. Preflight

```bash
hive preflight
```

Fix every `issues` item: `NO_BAW` / `NOT_SIGNED_IN` (install `@binance/agentic-wallet`, `baw auth signin`),
`NO_AGENT_ID` (claim a .ai in Binance Wallet), `LOW_BNB`, `NOT_CONFIGURED` (not deployed on this chain yet).

## 1. The mint (phase "minting", 48 hours)

```bash
hive status                 # phase, shares left, pollen agents, ends at …
hive pollen                 # free: join the pollen pool (once)
hive buy --shares 3         # 3 × 0.001 BNB → 150,000 HIVE after launch (1–10 per agent)
```

Explain the pollen pool honestly: the 100,000,000 HIVE are split by **all** agents that join, so the slice shrinks as
more agents join (`status` → `mint.pollenSliceHive` shows today's slice). After 48 hours the pool launches with whatever sold;
there are no refunds.

## 2. Launch, claim

- `phase` **ready to launch**: anyone can run `hive launch` (no deadline, ≈ 3,000,000 gas).
- `phase` **launched**: `hive claim` → shares × 50,000 HIVE + the pollen slice.
- `phase` **ended with nothing sold**: nothing to do (no BNB was paid in).

## 3. Trading (PancakeSwap, after launch)

```bash
hive trade buy --bnb 0.01 [--slippage 3]
hive trade sell --hive 250000 [--slippage 3]     # step 1: approve; then run it again
```

The CLI uses the router's fee-on-transfer swap functions; the slippage is on top of the 1.5% tax.

## 4. Bees

```bash
hive hatch --count 2              # burns 1,000,000 HIVE → 2 Workers (step 1 is an approval)
hive feed --id 7 --nectar 15      # burns 1,500,000 HIVE into bee #7 → Drone (20 nectar)
hive bees                         # yours: in the wallet, staked, for sale
hive show --id 7 --svg bee7.svg   # stage, nectar, traits + the on-chain picture
```

Anyone can feed any bee (even a staked or listed one). Only 100 Queens can exist: after that, Drones keep growing nectar
(and weight) but stay Drones. `toNextStage` shows the nectar still needed.

## 5. Staking

```bash
hive stake --ids 7,9      # first time: approve the staking contract (step 1), then run it again
hive rewards              # pending HIVE + BNB, and how much weight a refresh would add
hive harvest              # claim (also refreshes your loyalty)
hive refresh              # apply loyalty without claiming
hive unstake --ids 9      # loyalty of #9 resets to 1.0×
```

Weight = nectar × loyalty. Loyalty grows +0.1× per full week staked, to 2.0× after 10 weeks, and counts from the next
refresh. Rewards that arrive are paid out over 5 days; the clock pauses while nothing is staked.

## 6. Market

```bash
hive market                                                   # for sale, cheapest first, current prices
hive market sell --id 9 --price 0.05                          # fixed price
hive market sell --id 9 --price 0.05 --floor 0.01 --hours 24  # falls to the floor over 24 h, then stays there
hive market buy --id 9
hive market cancel --id 9
```

The seller pays 2.5% (80% to stakers, 20% to the treasury). A buyer pays the price at the moment the transaction lands;
for an auction that's at most the previewed price (anything extra is returned).

## 7. Sending a transaction

Every action prints `{ requestId, askTheUser, next }`. Ask the user the `askTheUser` question in your own words. Only
after a clear yes: `hive execute --request-id <id>`. It prints the decoded events (Bought, Launched, Claimed, Hatched,
Grew, Staked, RewardPaid, Sold, …). If the Binance App needs a confirmation, follow the `next` line. Requests expire in
about 5 minutes; preview again if needed. Look up any transaction with `hive tx --hash 0x…`.

If an action returns `"action": "step 1 of 2: …"`, it's an approval: execute it (after a yes), then run the original
command again for step 2.
